Management Team

Pluck is a wholly owned subsidiary of Demand Media, headed by Richard Rosenblatt former CEO of Intermix, which sold MySpace.com to NewsCorp for $580 million. Demand Media is headquartered in Santa Monica, CA and privately held, with funding from Oak Investment Partners and Goldman Sachs. Pluck was co-founded in 2003 by Dave Panos and Andrew Busey, two executives with entrepreneurial experience in some of the industry's earliest efforts in instant messaging, real-time collaboration, e-commerce, and e-learning.
