Pluck Corporation Announces SiteLife Forums

Integrated User Discussion Services Now Available with Social Media Suite

AUSTIN, Texas — August 23, 2006 — Pluck™ Corporation, the leader in social media and open content solutions, today announced the addition of SiteLife Forums to its suite of services. SiteLife Forums enables a variety of user group and message board capabilities as components of the SiteLife social media platform. In addition, Pluck announced that three major media firms have licensed SiteLife Forums and will go live with Forums and other SiteLife modules this fall.

The Pluck SiteLife suite provides media firms, portals and consumer product companies with a social media platform that integrates seamlessly into any web site and brand. Through a rich set of capabilities, including blogging, forum discussions, user-ratings and photo posting, SiteLife stimulates online community and conversation that increases viral traffic, user registrations, and time on site. Previously announced Pluck SiteLife modules include: SiteLife Blogs, SiteLife Reactions and SiteLife Photos. All SiteLife modules utilize a centralized User Persona, which provides a single view of a user’s comments, blog posts, photos and other social networking activity. The SiteLife suite is controlled via the Community Management Workbench, which showcases editorial tools such as user hierarchies, abuse management, content moderation and reporting.

Because SiteLife Forums can be integrated into existing page templates, all activities can be monetized via site advertising and sponsorship placements. Key SiteLife Forum features include:

Availability

Pluck SiteLife Forums is generally available. First customer deployments are anticipated to go live during the fall of 2006.
